3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  2. All activities conducted through your account.
  3. Ensuring your WhatsApp Business number and Meta Business Account are valid and verified.

You must not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including sending spam or unsolicited messages.

4. Use of Meta Platform APIs

By using IterjiWAT, you agree that:

  1. The platform interacts with Meta APIs, including WhatsApp Business APIs, based on the permissions granted by you.
  2. You comply with all Meta developer policies and data usage guidelines.
  3. Any misuse of Meta services may result in restriction or suspension of your access.

We are not responsible for changes made by Meta to their API policies or system behavior.

5. Payment & Subscription

If applicable, access to premium features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.

Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension or downgrade.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  1. Suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.
  2. Delete your account and associated data after prolonged inactivity or misuse.
  3. Deny future access if violations are repeated or serious.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store data. By using our services, you agree to the practices outlined in the policy.

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with Meta Platforms as required to provide the core WhatsApp Business services.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  1. Any indirect or consequential damages.
  2. Loss of data, business opportunities, or revenue due to service interruption.
  3. Failures caused by third-party platforms, including Meta.
